What is your return and exchange policy?
All sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. For regular-priced items, contact our customer representative at orders@ecedevelopment.ca to initiate a return.
Do you offer international shipping for felt materials?
At this time, we exclusively provide shipping services to customers located in Canada. We do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
How much do I need to spend for free shipping on the felt materials?
Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders exceeding $55 CAD, free shipping selection is available during checkout. Your cart can contain a combination of multiple workshops and felt materials to receive free shipping.
How do I track my felt materials order?
Upon order shipment, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order's status and location directly on the shipping carrier's website.
How long do I have to complete my workshops?
You will be given a 52 weeks, starting from your registration date, to finish your workshops. In cases where a longer timeframe is required, special accommodations can be considered upon approval.
When can I receive my workshop certificate?
Once you have successfully completed your workshop materials and quiz, a workshop certificate will be awarded in your workshop module and saved to your profile.
Are there any prerequisites on the ECE professional development workshops?
While our workshops are primarily designed for ECEs, all workshops are open to anyone interested in participating.
When will the virtual workshops be accessible after purchase?
After your purchase, workshops will be added into your profile for immediate access. You'll have a 52 weeks to complete your workshop from the date of registration. Upon successfully finishing the workshop materials and quiz, your certificate will be immediately available.
What should I do if my name is misspelled on a certificate?
If your name is misspelled, log in to your profile by navigating to the Profile & Login screen. Under the Settings screen, locate the General section where you can update your first and last name. Ensure the corrected name matches your official documents to avoid further issues with the ECE Registry.
Do you offer in-person or group workshops?
Currently, we specialize in individual online ECE workshops.
